Individual Run Coaching

Training for your first race? Looking for a shiny new PR? Just need a little help getting off the couch and on the road? 

Cyndi is a run coach certified by the Road Runners Club of America.  After an initial consultation, she'll design a program just for you that takes into account your goals, your lifestyle and your injury history.  

Need that extra accountability? Cyndi will be your teammate - pushing you, inspiring you and getting you to whatever finish line you've got your eye on. 

Group Run + Yoga Events

Want to get yourself and your crew in shape? Cyndi willl customize a group run + yoga program that offers the full Balanced Run experience. Each program will be tailored to your group and includes a running workout and pre- and post-run yoga and dynamic stretching. We'll work on breath technique and mindfulness to give you a holistic workout that is fun and effective.
